iSupport: Added Severity Attribute To Top Region in AK Regions But Not Showing

How do you enable the IBU_CF_SR_SEVERITY via AK Developer > Define Regions to display within a region on the iSupport Create Service Request form?
The following was attempted unsuccessfully:
AK Developer > Define Regions
Query IBU_CF_SR_XX_G region
Add IBU_CF_SR_SEVERITY attribute (seeded)
Check Node Display and Update flags
But when creating a Service Request via iSupport the Severity field fails to display.
