Symptoms
The View Customer Product page shows the same warranty twice in the Contracts link for a child product in a product configuration.
STEPS
Using the Oracle Install Base User responsibility:
1. Navigate to View Customer Item Instances.
2. Query the top level for a configured product.
3. Select the Configuration Link and then select the link for a component.
4. Select the Contracts link. The warranty for the product appears in the list twice.
