OEXOEORD Freight Charge Not Being Applied Nor Working On An Internal Sales Order (Doc ID 341802.1)

Freight and special charge modifiers are not getting applied on an internal sales order.

Automatic freight charges are not applied.

"Error: APP-ONT-251455 : Changes in order level charges will not be applied because all the order lines are frozen" when trying to apply charges through  Actions--->Charges on the order header.

"Error: APP-ONT-251458 : Changes to line level charges will not be applied because the line is frozen" when trying to apply charges through Actions--->Charges and Freight costs on the order line.
