Symptoms

When attempting to change an incorrect internal location on a Ship-To for a customer receive the following error:
APP-AR-11114: You cannot update the internal location of a ship to address when requisition lines exist for the location.

Tried canceling all open requisition lines for the location but still cannot change the location.
