Unable To Create Worksheets (Doc ID 341918.1)

Unable to create worksheets.
Able to create successfully a payment batch.

However, none of the two methods of creating worksheets provide any results.
Transactions with a commission for the period are created.

Method 1:
Running the program Create Worksheets does complete in a normal way,
Do not see that any worksheets been created.

Method 2:
Selecting a resource to a payrun individually.
On the payrun page :
Transaction > Payment
> Click the Analyst Payrun Total link and enter the name on the worksheet page.
> Not able to select a resource from the LOV.
