Error: Accumulation Periods Stuck With 'In Progress' Status

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After trying to open a number of Accumulation Periods at one time, the process fails and in Incentive Compensation, the Accumulation Periods show "in progress" status. There is no way now to successfully open the Accumulation Periods.
