Frm-40815: Variable Global.Rtot_line5 Does Not Exist When Header Is Not Saved (Doc ID 341941.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Production:
When attempting to move from header, without saving first, to lines in Sales Order Form,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
FRM-40815: variable global.rtot_line5 does not exist when header is not saved

errors with FRM-40815 .....RTOT_line5
Received message order is not eligible for booking.
clicks on continue.

This error can display different "GLOBAL_RTOT_LINE#'s" such as
GLOBAL.RTOT_LINE5
GLOBAL.RTOT_LINE7
GLOBAL.RTOT_LINE9


FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.RTOT_LINE13 does not exist when header is not saved
prior to navigating to the lines is still occurring.

STEPS
1. As OM Super User responsibility
2. Navigate in OM > NAV > Orders, Returns > Sales Orders (Form OEXOEORD)
3. Enter the Header information, such as Customer, Address, Order Type and Price List.
4. Click on the Lines Button.
5. Receive the error when the Lines form displays.

BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, users cannot create new orders without first saving all the header information
explicitly.
