Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2, when attempting to perform job move transaction using WSM_LOT_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE, the following error occurs:
WSCMTI module: Worker : Lot Move Transactions ends with
WSMPLBMI.custom_validation(stmt_num=190): Cannot find routing end

On 11.5.7 that approach worked flawlessly. After upgrade to 11.5.10.2, error occurred.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Obtain current shop floor job details (operation code, sequence number, intraoperation step,
UOM, ...)
2. Insert data in WSM_LOT_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE
3. Launch WSCMTI
