When submitting a parts order from the Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP) the following problems occur:
1. Error message:
ORA-01403: no data found in Package
MSC_ATP_PUB Procedure Call_ATP_No_Commit
ATP Processing Error
Material Item: ATP Processing Error
MSC_ATP_PUB Procedure Call_ATP_No_Commit
ATP Processing Error
Material Item: ATP Processing Error
2. The source and destination sub-inventories for the order are the same and cannot be changed. Only a reservation for the items can be made.
3. Error message:
salesperson is required on a booked order
4. Error message:
Unexpected error.
