Goal
How to Get your GL Transfer process to progress when the concurrent program is stuck in Pending.
Running GL Transfer and one of the concurrent programs under GL Transfer get stuck on Pending Standby. The program is not moving and you are not able to complete the concurrent request. You need to get the program to progress so that you can complete the GL Transfer run.
