Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 in Production:

In the Sales Order Form, when selecting Actions button > Choose Ship Method the transit times do not show.

Steps
Enter transit times for ship methods in the Transit Time form.
Use Origin Type = Zone and Destination Type = Zone
Navigate to Sales Order form and enter order header and line information
Click on Actions button from the order line
Choose option "Choose Ship Method"
No transit time is displayed
