ORA-01403: Error when Clicking on the Outbox Processing Console Link

When attempting to check for errors in the Outbox processing Console tab, the following error occurs:

ORA-01403: no data found in Package IEM_OP_ADMIN Procedure getItemError

(R) Email Self Service Setup
1. Click on the Configuration tab
2. Click on the Outbox processing Console tab
3. Click on Errors

The users get the error listed above
