Symptoms

Basic Implementation with the Oracle Telephony Adapter SDK - 11.5.9
When we attempt to launch the Universal Work Queue, we're prompted with an input box
for a telephone extension.  We enter the extension, and it is at this point where we get the following error:    

Error
-----
Could not login to Media Type Basic Telephony
 -  Connection to server on 127.0.0.1:19002 and port &IEU_UWQ_SERVER_PORT lost

Steps
---
Customer Support > Universal Work Queue > Enter Phone Extension

Cannot test SDK Basic implementation
