Symptoms

If the employee attempts to create a new timecard when another one was created and transferred to BEE in the same day,
the following error occurs in the Create Timecard Self-Service Human Resources (SSHR) page.

ERROR

APP-HXT-39597 THE SYSTEM IS CURRENTLY PROCESSING YOUR TIMECARD

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OTL Self Service responsibility.
2. Navigate to Time > Create Timecard.
3. OTL has weekly time entry periods.
4. Week-1 time card is entered from SS OTL and transferred to PUI.
5. Trying to enter time card for week-2 results in an error message.

OR

When the employee attempts to see the details of the timecard (Time Detail) in the Recent Timecards Self-Service Human Resources (SSHR) page,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The system is currently processing your timecard. Contact your payroll department for changes that must be made today, otherwise submit your timecard changes tomorrow.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OTL Self Service responsibility.
2. Navigate to Time > Create Timecard.
3. Create and approve the timecard.
4. Run Transfer Time from OTL to BEE, Validate to BEE, Transfer to BEE and observe that batch and element lines are created.
5. Navigate to Time > Recent Timecards.
6. Go to details of the timecard and observe the error.
