FSG: Querying On A Content Set W/Override Values Return Error App-1050 (Doc ID 343657.1)

Symptoms

When querying a Column Set that includes a segment override, click on the 'Define Column', and get the error:

ERROR
----------
APP-FND-01050: This flexfield cannot be opened because it has no displayed
segments. Please contact your system administrator.

Modify your flexfield definition to display one or more segments. This
may also be caused by incorrect use of the DISPLAY= token to the flexfield
user exits in the form. In that case, please contact your support representative.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
Navigate - Reports> Define > Column Set
Define a Column Set and include a segment override
Save the data
Requery on the Column Set and will get the error

<Patch 4610930> is applied and form RGXGDAXS is at the version 11.5.54.115103.2, but still getting the
same error
