Symptoms

iProcurement punchout to Exchange or to supplier sites fails with Error.
Due to this issue, users are unable to use iProcurement punchout to create requisitions.

Steps To Reproduce
1. SSL certification expires.
2. Update to new SSL certificate.
3. Log in to iProcurement.
4. Select Exchange or a Supplier site for punchout.
