Symptoms
iProcurement punchout to OBN - Oracle Business Network (formerly OSN - Oracle Supplier Network ) or to supplier sites fails with Error.
Due to this issue, users are unable to use iProcurement punchout to create requisitions.
Error
Error received by the user is as follows:

Steps To Reproduce
1. SSL certification expires.
2. Update to new SSL certificate.
3. Log in to iProcurement.
4. Select Supplier setup for OBN punchout or a Supplier setup for direct supplier site punchout.
