Profile OS: Perform Address Validation Set At Site Level For TeleSales and/or Sales Online Not Behaving As Expected (Doc ID 343947.1)

In 11.5.10, if the profile OS: Perform Address Validation is set to Yes at site level, the following error occurs in Telesales > eBusiness Center

FRM-40105 unable to resolve reference to item AST_CU_LOCATION.COUNTRY

If the value is changed to No at site level the error is resolved in eBusiness Center.

However, in Oracle Sales Online > Customer > Organization > Address Tab - select a different address for the Organization an update.

When a user changes the Site Address to another Address, the following error is encountered:

In Summary when the profiles are set as follows the above errors occur in either TeleSales or Sales Online:
OS: Perform Address Validation is set to Yes - Telesales throws an error message
OS: Perform Address Validation is set to No - Sales Online throws an error message
