Symptoms

The CTO Change Notification provides back different results for the SPLT_DETAILS depending on
whether the Configuration is created from the Configurator and passed through the AutoCreate
Configuration from the Sales Order Line, or whether the Configuration was already created and
entered directly on the Sales Order Line. This would then be using an ATO Item.

1) If the Configuration is the star item on line 1.1..0, then if this item is system split at pick
release, the SPLIT_DTLS are provided in the CTO Change Notification.


2) If the Configuration was already created and available as an ATO Item, then in Pick Release, if
the qty is system split due to availability, the SPLIT_DTLS are NOT seen in the CTO Change
Notification.
