GLXJEENT
Symptoms
One instance is behaving differently than another when a code combination is dynamically created on the Journals form.
Example:
Instance 1: Segment values are entered or selected that create a new account combination. The code combination id (CCID) is created after the work is saved. Navigating to Help > Diagnostics > Examine before the Save, shows that CODE_COMBINATION_ID = -1. After the Save, it shows the value of the new ccid.
Instance 2: Segment values are entered or selected that create a new account combination. The code combination id is created at that time (prior to saving the work). Navigating to Help > Diagnostics > Examine before the Save, shows that CODE_COMBINATION_ID = the value of the new ccid.
The expectation is that the form will behave the same way for all instances.
