Credit Checking Not Working For Scheduled Shipping Horizon Days (Doc ID 344586.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Production:

Find that when going through the Credit Check processing, the system does
not include the Sales Orders which are outside of the Scheduled Shipping Horizon,
but also outside of the Credit Exposure for the AR Customer set up.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the future dated Sales Orders, which are beyond the Shipping Horizon window,
and outside of the Credit Exposure for the AR Customer set up, will go on Credit Check
Failure Hold.

STEPS
1. Using Order Management Super User.
2. Orders, Returns
3. Create a New order for 1500 USD, but with a Request date which
    is 20 days from the current date.
4. Book & Pick release the Order and the system does not put the Order on Credit Check
    Failure Hold.
