Symptoms

When trying to import timecard via OTL Self Service, the default timecard period being shown on the list of values (lov) is not the earliest period on the list that has no timecards entered for the employee.

STEPS
1. Login to OTL Self Service.
2. N-> Create Time Entry-> Import Timecard.
