Symptoms
Canadian Province is populated in REGION1, COUNTY Column in the WSH_LOCATIONS table and not in REGION3, PROVINCE Column.
Changes
Shipping Locations Enhancements in release 11.5.9 brought about the seeded mapping changes in the HR_LOCATIONS and WSH_LOCATIONS tables and is considered standard per design mapping.
