Symptoms
When attempting to open the Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP), the following error occurs:
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance

The issue can be re-produced by connecting to the applications using the Responsibility: Field Service Technician Portal, and hence trying to open the FSTP.
