When attempting to ship a sales order, no record is placed in the Install Base.
These two errors appear in the Transaction Error Log:
Source Type = CSISOSHP
Transaction Type = Order Management - Ship/Fulfill
Error Message = No instance is found for the inventory location attributes
Source Type = CSISUBTR
Transaction Type = Sales Order Pick
Error Message = This transaction will drive the instance quantities to negative.
Negative balances are not allowed for this subinventory.
1. Create a sales order for a shippable product that is Install Base trackable.
2. Query for the order in the View Customer Product page. No entry is found.
3. Open the Transaction Error Processing form using the Oracle Install Base Admin responsibility. The two entries appear, indicating the the transactions failed. As a result the product is not created in the Install Base.
