When running the Service Contracts Order Capture Integration process, service contracts are not getting created for the orders coming from OM. Error messages are shown in the Reprocess Window.
The product is present in the Installed Base but the contract is not.
The following error message is shown in the Reprocess Order form:
"Request ID : 149692; Referenced Product not present in the Installed Base;".
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Service Contracts Order Capture Integration process
