ORA-20001 Error When Adding A Primary Contact Under Emergency Contact In SSHR (Doc ID 352441.1)

For an employee, there is a future primary emergency contact created but the record does not appear under the Emergency Contact spreadtable today.

When the user tried to create another primary emergency contact effective from today and error occurs.

ORA-20001: This employee already has a primary contact.

Cause: You are trying to enter more than one primary contact for an employee.

Action: Uncheck the Primary Contact check box and save your contact information.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Employee Self Service -> Personal Information
2) Create & submit a primary contact in future date e.g. 1-Mar-2006
3) Create another primary contact effective today
