Symptoms

Trying to use XML Publisher to create a document.
Using the <?start:body?> and <?end body?> tags in conjunction with a table.
Document completes successfully if the tags are removed
Document gives runtime error if the tags remain:
Error: org.xml.sax.SAXException: element xdofo:start is not supported yet.
