Symptoms
Trying to change UOM to "US Dollars" for a PO line, the following error occurs:
ERROR
APP-PO-14142: po_uom_conversion-070: User-Defined Exception
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in po_uom_conversion. The SQL error
is User_Defined Exception.
Steps to Reproduce, using the Purchasing Super User responsibility:
Navigation: Purchase Orders -> Purchase Orders
- Type = Standard Purchase Order
- Click in PO Lines region
- Enter an expense item and description
- UOM = Each
- Quantity >= 1
- Price >=1
- Click back to UOM field and change it
---- From "Each" (which belongs to UOM class "Quantity")
---- To "Box" (which belongs to "Package" UOM Class)
- The error occurs at this point.
