BATCH ID NOT BEING ASSIGNED SEQUENTIALLY and ERRONEOUS ACCRUA CALCULATIONS (Doc ID 352730.1)

Symptoms

1. ISSUE 1.:
ACCOUNTING BATCH ID NUMBERS ARE NOT BEING ASSIGNED SEQUENTIALLY. 
This causes a problem when the end user needs to clear journals or delete
an accrual process.


a. select * from xtr_batches;

2. ISSUE 2:
Also observed the erroneous accrual calculations in the month in which the batch numbers revert to a lower sequence on 2 separate occasions.

Changes

It appears that CACHE_SIZE  = 1000 INSTAED of NULL
