Cannot Open Business Area After Upgrade of Database From 32-bit to 64-bit, Error "ORA-33272: Analytic workspace ZPB.ZPBCODE cannot be opened" (Doc ID 352784.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading a database from 32-bit to 64-bit, whenever an existing Business Area (BA) is
accessed, the following system error is received in the ## Detail 0 ## section:

oracle.apps.zpb.util.error.ZPBException: Message not found. Application: ZPB, Message Name:
ORA-33272: Analytic workspace ZPB.ZPBCODE cannot be opened.
