Mass Reclass: Descriptive Flexfield Values (DFF) Are Nulled Out When The Major Category Changes (Doc ID 352939.1)

Symptoms

Mass Reclassification nulls out the Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) values after the reclass takes place, even though the "Copy Category Descriptive Flexfield to New Category" option is selected for Mass Reclass.

This only occurs when the Major Category flexfield segment value changes.  If only the Minor Category flexfield segment value changes, then the DFF values are populated.
