The aim of this Note is to describe the procedure to set up a new Field Service Dispatcher. The key steps include:
* Creating employee record
* Creating dispatcher resource in CRM
* Adding dispatcher resource record to dispatch group (planner group)
* Assigning territories
* Associating territories to dispatcher
Other steps, such as setting up Application Users, Responsibilities, Groups, Role Types and Roles, are not included in this procedure, but need to be performed. Please refer to the Oracle Field Service Implementation Guide Part # B14172-02 for more details.
