On 11.5.9 in Production:
When attempting to create a RMA return for a PTO mode, when the return customer is different from
the following error occurs.
The Party account 0 doesn't belong to xxx as mandated by TCA. Please check TCA
1. Create RMA for a customer which is different from original owner of PTO mode instance in IB
2. Fulfill RMA return in OM
3. Check error in IB interface Error Transactions Reprocessing form
