Symptoms
Unable To Define Lead and/or Opportunity Source on the Lead and Opportunity Pages.
This issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
(R) Sales User
(N) Sales Dashboard
Lead shortcut
Create Lead while enter in values for the field
Unable to select source from the Source field - notice that the search through the flash torch icon does not fetch values
