Ship a product. Open the Transaction Error Processing form. The transaction failed with this message:
Installed Base to Contracts Interface Failed
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an order for a serviceable/Install Base Trackable product.
2. Ship the order.
3. Open the Transaction Error Processing form from the Install Base Admin responsibility.
4. Query for errors for the sales order. One is found
with an OKS_GLOBAL_DEFAULTS_NOT_FOUND API Programming Error message.
