FORM:CSXSRISR.FMB - Create Service Requests
JSP:csiSearchProdMain.jsp - Search Item Instances


In the Service Request form, there is an button in the Subject tab entitled 'Instance Details'. When this option is selected,
the View Customer Product page is opened.

How can this page be restricted so that users have read only privilege?
