Oracle Shipping Execution - Version 11.5.10.0 to 11.5.10.CU2 [Release 11.5.10]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
After creating a sales order with a single order line where the Request Date is set to a certain date such as ' 22-NOV-2015', the system calculates the Schedule Ship Date as '20-NOV-2015' which is based on the transit times setup in Shipping. The Order is Booked and a delivery line is created for the order line. On the delivery detail line, the field 'Earliest Ship Date' is populated with the system date and the 'Latest Ship Date' is equal to the request date which is '22-NOV-2015'. For transportation planning, this is incorrect. The expected behavior is for the Earliest Ship Date and Latest Ship Date to be '22-NOV-2015'. The profile options that affect date calculations are set as follows.
OM: Source for TP Early Ship/Deliver Date - Same Date as Ship / Deliver Deadline
OM: Sequence for TP Ship/Deliver Deadline - Schedule Date (Ship or Arrival)
