If Accessibility Feature Set To Screen Optimized Then Create Statement Frozen (Doc ID 356180.1)

Symptoms


Find that the Create Statement' button is frozen when the Preferences setting for Accessibility Feature is set to Screen Reader Optimized. The button is working correctly when Accessibility Feature is set to None.


STEPS

1) System Administrator=>Profiles=>System
Check that profile option Self Service Accessibility Feature=None.

Knowledge Base Agent, Vision Enterprises=>Authoring=>Create Solution
Title=Test Title
Click on Add under Solution Categories. Select Home>Hi-Tech and click Update button.
Click on Create Statement under Statements.

RESULT: The Statement Detail: New window opens as expected.

2) System Administrator=>Profiles=>System
Reset profile option Self Service Accessibility Feature=Screen Reader Optimized.
Click on Save.

Go back toKnowledge Base Agent window and press Refresh in browser toolbar.
Verify the following values are still set:
Title=Test Title
Solution Categories=Home>Hi-Tech
Click on Create Statement under Statements.

RESULT: Nothing happens at all.

Clearly the "None" option is working while "Screen Reader Optimized" is not.
