Symptoms

Error Code: CSI_SHIP_OWNER_MISMATCH
Error Text: This instance (&INSTANCE_ID) is owned by party (&OLD_PARTY_ID) and cannot be shipped to party (&NEW_PARTY_ID)

 

When attempting to ship a product, the ownership of a product cannot be changed and the following error occurs in the Transaction Error Processing form:

This instance (XXXXX) is owned by party (XXXXX) and cannot be shipped to party (XXXXX)

Steps to Reproduce
1. Ship a product to Customer A.
2. Return the product, giving the product a status of Returned for Repair.
3. Ship the returned product to Customer B.
