Prototype Scripts re-deployed using the Scripting Author Wizard.
Symptoms
When attempting to activate a Script Deployment for a Survey Campaign, the following error occurs:
Error: failed to activate deployment. This deployment is missing required question type information. The survey questionnaire
script for this survey deployment needs to be redeployed with a newer version of the Script Author (version 1.6.3.09 or higher).
This error only occurs when attempting to activate a Survey Deployment where the referenced Script has been re-deployed via the Scripting Author Wizard subsequent to creation of the associated Survey Campaign.
