ARXTWMAI - Transactions Workbench
After upgrading from 11.5.4 to 11.5.10, inactive contacts do not show on upgraded invoices. These
contacts were active at the time of the invoice and should remain visible on the invoice.
The contacts exist in HZ_PARTIES and HZ_PARTY_SITES with a status of A.
Upgrade from 11.5.4 to 11.5.10.
