Service Intelligence: How to group Reports By Manager.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Service Intelligence -> Service Request Backlog By Status report shows a list of Service Requests, but they are not grouped under the correct Managers.
Expect to see the correct Service Requests listed under each Manager.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the Service Intelligence User Responsibility -> Click on Home.
2. Under the "Service Request Backlog By Status", click on the link next to a Manager, under "Total Backlog".
3. The displayed data belongs to multiple managers, not just the one selected.
