Symptoms

HRGLOBAL fails with the  following error occurs:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20106: A hrrbdeib worker has failed, terminating all workers.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HRDYNDBI", line 4486
ORA-06512: at line 43



The patch worker log shows the error:
