Symptoms

When attempting to open the View Customer Product page, this error occurs:

You do not have access to this functionality.


STEPS
Using the Customer Support responsibility, navigate to Installed Base -> View Customer Item Instances.
The web page opens with this error:  You do not have access to this functionality.
