Symptoms


When attempting to interface a specific delivery, the following
error occurs in the Interface Trip Stop debug log file.

ERROR
msg_buffer ==> Error in Routine WSH_FC_INTERFACE.Calculate_Delivery_Level_Cost, Oracle Error - -1476
ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
Unexpected error has occured. Oracle error message is ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
Exiting WSH_FC_INTERFACE_PKG.CALCULATE_DELIVERY_LEVEL_COST - EXCEPTION:OTHERS
CALCULATE_DELIVERY_LEVEL_COST FAILED
WSH_DELIVERY_FC_ERROR exception has occured.
Exiting WSH_FC_INTERFACE_PKG.CALCULATE_FREIGHT_COSTS - EXCEPTION:WSH_DELIVERY_FC_ERROR
CALCULATE_FREIGHT_COST API FAILED
CALCULATE_FAILED exception has occured.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as Order Management responsibility
2. Navigate to >Shipping->Interfaces->Run
3. Run interface trip stop for for the problematic delivery
4. ITS completes with warning
5. Review ITS debug log file, see above error.
