BOMFQBIN Fails With ORA-00904: ''A''.''TO_EFFECTIVITY_DATE'': Invalid Identifier (Doc ID 359328.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10:
Get errors in Indented Bill of Materials Form.  The BOM expanded view fails with the "TO_EFFECTIVITY_DATE" error.

STEPS
1. Navigate to Bill of Materials Responsibility > Bills > Indented Bills
2. Run the Form with any Assembly and it fails with error:
    ORA-00904: ''A''.''TO_EFFECTIVITY_DATE'': invalid identifier ORA-00904

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is not installed and there is no intention of using the PLM product.
Errors started happening after applying PLM Patchset 3990439 (11i.PLM_PF.D).

Changes

Applying Mini-Pack 11I.AMW.E, which requires PLM Patchset 3990439 (11i.PLM_PF.D) as a pre-requisite.
