ARXCSTXT: Customer Text Data Creation And Indexing Invalid Index DRG-10561 DRG-12602 (Doc ID 359339.1)

Symptoms

The concurrent process ARXCSTXT module: Customer text data creation and indexing ends with the
following errors.

First attempt:
----
DRG-10561: index HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES_ALL_T1 is not valid for requested operation
----
Second attempt:
----
DRG-12602: index owner does not have the access to user datastore procedure:
"CTXSYS"."HZ_CTX_CUSTOMER_TEXT"."HZ_SITE_PROC2"

----

These errors prevent the successful creation of indexes so that users can perform TEXT searches
for customers.

The log files show the errors
