Symptoms

Receive error when attempting to final process a termination for an employee that is being rehired:

APP-PAY-07201 Cannot perform a delete with child rows existing in the future

Steps to Reproduce
1. The employee was terminated on 01-JAN-2003.

2. The employee is final processed if and when the employee returns.

3. Now that this person is returning for rehire:
    a. Date track to 01-JAN-2006.
    b. Query the employee.
    c. Choose Others from People form.
    d. Choose End Employment from list.
    e. Enter final process date of 01-JAN-2006 in final process date.
    f. Save.
