Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The following error occured while attempting to assign a custom Workflow to a line transaction type.

"Activity END in process ORDER_LINE ( Order Line ) has no OUT transition."

The custom workflow was created to meet the requirement of being able to record a sale that was completed by
a third party. This order line does not ship or bill the customer, and there is no need to decrement inventory.

To accomplish this requirement the following was done.

Created a new OM Order Line Workflow "ORDER_LINE" that includes the following:
1) Enter - Line process
2) Wait function
3) Close - Line process
4) End function

Then created a new LINE transaction type and tried to assign the new Workflow.
