Symptoms

Trying to run WEBADI but getting an error

ERROR:
The connection to the server is unavailable. Please contact your support representative.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a Budget Journal Worksheet with only one journal line left
2. (Excel > Tools > Protection > Unprotect Sheet > Delete all the journal lines except one
3. Oracle > Upload from ADI sheet. (Uncheck "Validate before Upload").
4. Note the error
